Decent location in a safe area, right next to sites, restaurants, stores, the city center, and public transport. Nice-sized room at an affordable price with a bar and a comfortable bed.

The location was magnificent and amazing - ease of access to Lovejoy Fountain. It was also a short walk to the early morning trains and Portland. Greatly enjoyed the minimalist-style building and cheap room with 2 queen beds. Central heating, TV set, and a microwave oven available were an advantage.

Convenient location next to a tram stop was super handy. The room I got was nice and bright, plus it had a bathtub! 🛁

Simply booked a regular room online and ended up with a spacious double room that had a big balcony and a super comfy bed. 😊

The queen room here was affordable and had a cozy bed, the location was great as it was near the beach and The Dreamer Sculpture, with the added convenience of being close to bars and pubs nearby.

The staff here were really helpful and the room had everything we needed like central heating, multi-channel TV, and a fridge.

The room was spacious, had a mini fridge and microwave, and had very hot water in the shower. The location was great, with walking distance to sites, restaurants, and stores. The subway station on the corner made public transportation easy.

I loved the easy walking access to the street cars and MAX transportation system. Staff was friendly.

Noises from outside could be clearly heard--constantly woken up during night. Sink would not drain properly and there was no stopper. There was no clock radio. Didn't smell good.

Housekeeping don't exist. They just take off the trash inside the trashcan and change a towel, nothing more, nothing less. If you leave some piece of paper on the floor, the paper stay there for all time.

I stayed at the Downtown Value Inn for two nights while attending a women's soccer game. The staff was helpful and answered my questions. The room provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay, with all appliances in good working order. The location was very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Free parking was a bonus, and the staff quickly resolved a television issue I had. I would happily stay here again in the future.
